I mounted the block off panel for all the heater core holes I wont need anymore. Used 3M panel adhesive with 1/8" screws to hold it in place, then used a stud welder to plug the holes once it had set up. Taped off and got about half the seams sealed with 2K seam sealer, including the block off panel. Also had the 2 large heater hose holes, a few screw holes from a gun rack and running boards, and then 16 holes on my bed/tailgate from tie downs all welded shut. Sanded the whole cab again for one last shot weather-wise first of next week of epoxy primer. Bottom needs sprayed along with the areas I sanded from all the welding plugs. Then it sits til Spring. Panel blends and looks better in person than the pic. Once everything is covered again alot will disappear.
