Spark Plug Wire Holders

Looking for some help/suggestions on spark plug wire holders that appear to use the valve cover bolts/clamps. For me it's hard to tell what's being shown in this excerpt from the 1979 Service Manual. Looking for something similar for my late 70s engine that will be using similar exhaust manifolds. I'd like to route the wires as shown but not sure what's being used to hold them by the valve covers. Thanks.

Holders for that year have a lock type and I believe were for 8mm wire. They were usually white or gray but like ones pictured below. There is also a mounting bracket that was separate from the valve cover spreader bar. Different than the single piece I pictured below.
