I don't know if this will help anyone or not. But the way I have redrilled hubs and rotors. I took a wheel adapter I had and drove the studs out, bolted it firmly to the hub and rotor and used the blank holes left by taking the studs out to transfer punch my bolt pattern. Level everything on a drill press and redrill, done it lots of times,so far so good.I'm putting explorer rear discs on the 9" so I hillbilly engineered a drill fixture. Bought a cheapo bolt pattern template, a steel spacer and a set of HF transfer punches. The rotors register on the center hub so it doesnt have to be perfect.
