Good Monday to all...

Yesterday the driver's window crank gave up...fortunately the window was and is up.
Figured I'd just go to the local self serve scrap yard and pop a couple off and everything would be ok. Found a couple and wagged them home.
Well, that was a flop....but most of you had already guessed that...hadn't you?
Yea...funny...

I'm sure I ain't the first to do this, so...what non-stock replacement cranks have you bought and either hate or love?

Thanks for the input, guys.

BTW, ...the "shop rag between crank and door panel" trick to get the crank clip out, is freaking slick.

Y'all have a great day.

My rig had problems with both windows. One side was super hard to roll up and down, and the other side would get jammed and was just all around crappy. Didn't have to replace any parts. Just had to take them apart, lube everything, and make a bunch of adjustments. It took a long time to get them to work right, but once I finally did - they both work great.
