Have an opportunity to buy some front hubs with spicer lockers for a Dana front end. Ad lists them as ford or Chevy. Were the 8 lugs interchangeable between ford and Chevy?

For a D60, the bearing hub, stub axle and spindle are all 5/8” shorter than GM.

I don’t know if the above holds true for 1/2 and 3/4 tons but Ford 1/2 tons would be 5 lug.

Also note that GM and Dodge knuckles have 6 studs for the spindle and caliper bracket, Ford only has 5.

Don't think so. I've always seen gm/dodge paired up, then ford is it's own thing.

Edit- even transfer cases, np205 mainly, but the np208's were also basically the same. Dodge Dana 60's were almost the same as well, a little wider. Passenger drop as well as transfer cases.
