Why does she care about feeling it shift? I'd honestly just get a good EFILive tune and tell the tuner what you're wanting. I personally prefer Blackbear but there are a few good ones out there.

Heard all good about Blackbear. Most people like not feeling it shift, but IMO a tune might help some.

My wife does have a couple complaints about the Burb. 1, it's not loud enough and 2, she can't feel it shift. I know how to fix the quietness, but not sure about the trans. Can a good ol fashioned shift kit be installed or is this something that's better taken care of with pcm tuning?

Lol, it's just what she's used to. We've ALWAYS had noisy vehicles and I've had a shift kit in everything RWD. Even my FWD cars have usually had a good kick to them when they shift. She's never really driven anything that was quiet and smooth before. Except our old C20 454 Burb, but she didn't like that it was quiet and smooth either.
