Who's truck is this anyone know. I want more pics and more details. What wheels and tires? How much lift? It's giving me Ideas for my 75k I'm not sure how much lift is there, but Im thinking that lift, 1/2 as a body lift 1/2 with springs would give me clearance for a 4l80e. And I like this trucks stance.Anyone know how much body lift Id need to clear a 4l80?

I’m going to be doing that this winter and was planning on a pictorial documentation. I am supposed to pick my truck up from the body shop, fixed a few insurance dents. You will need a two wheel drive 4l80e and a th 400 to 205 or 203 ( or trans dapt like I am using,) that you are running. Your t-case will need to be machined for the bigger bearing that is used with the 30 spline output shaft.

I'll give my option on the lift. It's at least a 4" lift if it's a K20. The gray truck is my old '79 with a 4" lift and 33x12.50x16.5" tires (32.8"). This white truck looks taller than that. The wheels on that truck are probably American Racing Outlaw IIs. The ones on my '79 are American Eagle equivalents. Photo 3, my old '77 K5 had a 6" lift with 15/36R16.5 tires with Outlaw IIs.

My '85 K30 only has a 3" lift, but due to the 2" taller frame, it makes it the same as a 5" lift on a K20. My K30 is running 305/70R16's (32.8") on 16x10 wheels (4.5" BS).
