Which A/C compressor did I have anyway?

Picked up a 80 C-10 that had some of the original A/C system. Figured I'd snag a compressor, hoses, accumulator and get it functional again, right? Nope, not me...
I'm already questioning a few things (or perhaps overthinking it). I see a couple of compressor brackets on the motor (see pic). But on the sites I've tried, both the R4 and A6 (?) come up as options for a compressor.
Can anyone tell me which compressor I need for the brackets I have?
Further, am I missing a few brackets? If so, anyone know where I can source them (besides ebay)? I checked ebay and I'm just not seeing what look like the right parts to me.
And, unfortunately, I live in the boonies a bit and there's no place I can check out some decent junkyards.
Can someone give me a hand and point me in the right direction?

@Okie Joe , looks like our original set up. I’ll get in attic and find old compressor if we still have it. We had same problem with the belts and such not lining, things wobbling every which way. We went with Alan groves brackets for the Alternator and PS Pump and the vintage Air we did came with its own. We compressor and brackets. Here is finished look.

From what I can see, looks like I had the same R4 style set up.
I know LMC has the Sanden style compressor, but I'll check Alan Grove and see what bracketry they and see what I can put together. I live in SE OK and the humidity is brutal. I really need the A/C.

Well if you’re going to spend over 1K getting the old system running I can only say look at Vintage Air. Made in San Antonio, it’s a turn key kit for these trucks. We did E’s truck over thanksgiving last year. We took our time and it came out great. Super personal customer service available by phone or email at VA. They are awesome and stand behind their product. We love ours, works perfectly!

@Randy, yeah, that's starting to be my what I'm thinking. Checked out Alan Grove and Vintage, but I'm not able to put everything together in my head (yet) between the two and nothing seems to be the, "perfect fit". I'll probably try to contact both groups to see what I can work out. Dang, I must be getting old. When I bought the rig, I saw just a "couple" of brackets and a compressor missing. Hey, I can fix that, right? Looking like maybe not so easy now.

@RaisedK5, So since I can only see the top part of the pic, I'm safe in assuming the partial pic at the bottom is not applicable (as far as brackets, etc)? It's weird, but looking at Randy's pics, from what I can see anyway, I thought my brackets looked like the R4 style. But looking at your diagram, I'm looking at A6. Sheesh...
Thanks for the input all. Looks like it's research here and there, some trips to ebay, etc. I'll keep y'all posted.

The inverted T bracket is on your engine’s exhaust manifold bolts, and that’s the lower rear support bracket for an A6. However, you are missing the upper bracket that bolts to the intake manifold. This bracket can be hard to find.

There is also a product called the Pro6Ten compressor that is a newer compressor packaged to fit the A6 brackets. It is supposed to have all the same fittings and be a direct bolt in.

I swapped to a Sanden compressor and Allen Grove style brackets, but then had to have custom hoses made. I think the compressor and brackets were from Vintage Air, but I bought them through the Summit Racing web site.
