Where to purchase filler hose?

So I'm gonna need to replace the filler hose on my truck. I could order the hose on LMC, but I know the shipping will take forever and I kinda just wanna get driving. I think for the 78 fleetside the I.D was 1-3/8". I don't know how long but I doubt it's any more than two feet. Anyone know where I can buy a filler hose? I tried the main auto parts stores but maybe I just overlooked something. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I guess to be more specific I didn't want to buy it online. I'm going to need my truck driving within the next few days and I don't think I can wait on shipping from a website. Is there an auto parts store that would have it? I apologize for not being more clear.

I just noticed something though. Is the 78 filler hose bigger on one end than the other? I think the tank end is 1-3/8" and the neck end is 1-3/4". It looks like it gets larger but that could just be because it bulged.

I’m going to let you know, since I just replaced my tank, AZ, Advanced Auto, Napa, nor O’Rileys carries or could order the filler neck for an 84.

I think the I.D on that is 1-5/16". Will that work if the original was 1-3/8"? It's super close but it might not be safe/go on right.

I wouldn't worry about 1/16" for a rubber hose to stretch. Just make sure you get tank neck clean and new hoseclamp should be good as long as it don't leak. But, that's me.
