Quick question for ya, Will the rear arch molding that's used on a fleetside fit on a stepside rear fender?

Nope, not unless it's the flexible aftermarket universal kind. The opening on fleetside is more round, the opening on stepside is more rectangle rounded on the ends.

I've not done it yet, but I met a fella with a stepside that did. He said they just needed a little massaging to fit, they looked good to me.

Nope. That's why I asked the fella with the trim on the stepside. GM never offered it.

I've not done it yet, but I met a fella with a stepside that did. He said they just needed a little massaging to fit, they looked good to me.

Rockauto has the molding for $8 each so I grabbed a pair just to see if I can make them work. I'll let y'all know how it goes.

Yes. Fleetside moldings fit. The wheel arch are very close in size and shape. The fender shape makes it look different.

Well, I got the molding and I'm sure I can get them to fit with some massaging. I'll have to try them on my fleetside opening and see if it's any better.

I just checked the fit on my fleetside and they fit like they should. On the stepside they seem it fit better when ya put the left one on the right fender.

Didn't duallys have the fender trim around the wheel opening?
