What's a 93 Chevy 4x4 Stepside short box worth ?

I have a chance to buy this truck. It has 163 K miles. Runs great. New tires. Looks great.
Red w/gray int. Chrome wheels. Tonneau cover. 2 owners. Never abused. I know both
Owners personally. What would it be worth? Thanks.

Location, location. Rust free would probably make it worth more there, and pics would help, but in the humid Sunbelt, I’d say above average around 2500 to 3000 max for a really pristine example. GMT400s don’t really rust here, they’re quite common, and you can pick up an old beater running or close to it for $800-$1200 and fix it up.

Those are the same prices roughly for California in the Central Valley. Anywhere from 900 for a runner all the way up to 5k for a clean example.
steppers are slower to sell but the picture is important.
