What seat do I have?

I need to get new foam and cover for my seat but I am not sure which seat I have. The truck is a 73 K10 regular cab Custom Deluxe. The seat has the adjuster knob on the side. It does not have have the holes for the seatbelts to come through, they go between the bottom and back. It is not a tilting seat, it is rigid. I thought the regular cab seats were tilting? I don’t think it is a seat from a crew cab as the seat back is open, not covered. Can anyone tell me for sure what seat it is so I get the right cover and foam? Thanks for any information anyone can give.

It must be out of a crew cab or a suburban, since it doesn't fold forward.

I wondered if that might be the case but the back of the seat is not covered I guess it is possible someone put a regular cab cover on a crew or suburban seat.

My 75 K20 doesn't tilt and it never had the holes for the belts, they just slid between the upper and lower cushions. I think yours is probably the stock set.
