What rims with a 4/6 drop

What size rims can I run with a 4/6 drop without any other mods

Really depend on how you plan on doing the drop...spindles, springs, cut coils etc. Up front for example if you start with 3 inch drop spindles, the oem 15" rim wont clear the lower control arm. You will need to do a 2 inch drop spindle at the most, then a 2" drop coil. You should be able to use an oem 15" wheel, but with a much lower profile tire.

It’s a 2 1/2 spindle drip with coils with a c notch and flip kit in the back.

With 2.5 spindle drop, 15x7 wheels with 3.75" or 4" backspacing should fit fine.
