4th on the vice crimper. It works great.

Before I had that thing, I did them all meticulously with various pairs of pliers. I always got great results, but it sucked, lol.

Not exactly a truck tool.

The back popped off the wife's wristwatch.

While attempting to put it back on she managed to cut the O-ring that seals the back.

While I was doing my usual Amazon/eBay, "where can I get this part?" thing, a suggestion popped up for a tool kit for servicing watches for around $30.

Yeah, I know. Chineseium. But for something I'll use maybe five times a year, and it saves me from having to savage a delicate piece of equipment to press the cover back on.... eh.

Turns out it works quite well. I may even do it the favor of greasing the threads on the pressing tools so they'll last more than a few uses.

*** O-rings sold separately.

Picked up a "broken" 3D printer for $30. Needed a new cable. Got a whole cable kit for less than $15 shipped. Slapped the laser engraver on it that I had never really messed with. Spent a day figuring it out. Managed to make some sweet custom switch caps.

I have the same one. I think it came with a set of wires. Works well enough for the number of wires I do.

While cleaning and rearranging my shop yesterday, I was moving my drill press and the stand i had it on came apart sending the press crashing to the shop floor. Needless to say drill presses are not meant to bounce off the ground. Found a floor stand drill press on FB market. It's an older Craftsman, she has some signs of age but still works like a beast. The older gentleman gave me all kinds of drill bits. The table vice. He also had a isolating fan on wheels. 200 for all of it.

A couple of weeks ago I burned up my Reciprocating saw. One more FB market place find. Brand new in the box Dewalt. 40 the guy was in a bind.

Picked up a few things a week or so ago to help with the engine build. A little oiler can that I've been needing forever, some tweezers to help with handling the Plastigage, piston ring spreaders and feeler gauges

Started framing everything up. The middle three bays are framed for the roll up doors. 10'x10' opening on each. Those 6"x6" posts on the ends of e building are right at 17' long, those were a lot of work getting in place. All the big timber stuff is bolted down to the concrete and together. The rest of the framing should go relatively fast. the little bit of wall framing on the right of the picture is the guest room/office that I plan to build out that bay for.
