got a digital level. It's magnetic and thought I'd get one to tell me the rake on the truck and tell if one side is different than the other. Not my pic.....from amazon.

anyone use the HF cylinder hone? Thinking about getting a set for $23 tomorrow to clean up the spare LS blocks I've got.....they've got surface rust on them and want to clean/lube/store them.

I have. I liked it, worked perfectly, i have no complaints.

Just depends on usage I guess. A lot of the Pittsburgh wrenches have done the same thing. I don't remember any of the other company wrenches doing that, there's been a lot of Craftsman (the older style) Kobalt and Carlyle too. We've generally always bought the cheap stuff for the shop box and work trucks. The guys normally lose the tools before they get ruined.

Yea, that's what happens on the farm. They either get lost from being dropped in the mud, or get rusty from being put away damp to many times. And to be fair I think my largest Pittsburgh wrench is a 3/4". The larger stuff is some other off brand, I've had for a long time. For us those bigger wrenches don't get used near as much so they tend to last. Also I keep them in my truck, which keeps our employee from using them unless I'm aware he's got them.

I had one of my buddies bought the set. It did what he needed them to do on the one motor. That being said he did go out and buy a set from Napa after that.

@Mr Clean. 1 more Pic for you was running pigtail and cords so I could power everything on cheap Ryobi lithium batteries. Then I started modding the batteries to just slip ryobi batteries in. Going to do the same thing to 9.6/12v stuff but only running 12v corded. Ryobi batteries have built in BMS,so no worries about fires,killed batteries etc. Also the cigarette lighter on the Ryobi battery runs my 12v air compressor just fine for airing up tires etc.

No it's part of a tire changer,works like a champ. Okay technically it is the bottom half of a receiver hitch bike carrier. Way more usefull for changing tires.

Well went to a garage sale today,in the free pile a cordless Craftsman drill and 1/2 impact,no batteries,no charger, I put a cord on it,now have a corded portable Craftsman impact on a 10 ft cord. I think the pic is self explanatory. They things got balls I used it to take some lugs on and off works like a champ. I'm cording up a bunch of old junk to throw behind the seat,lose at the junkyard etc. Hey @bucket if you are only going to cord the snappy impact. Solder the cord right to the tool terminals,easier and more compact. Straight to the tool it's a 5 minute project.

Not new but there are a couple of things 8n this pic some of you probably never thought of. I keep a small compressor outside in a doghouse,for airing up tires,cars,equipment, 4 wheelers,you get the Idea. The second thing in that pic. Notice I have a coupler on that compressor and on my air tank. Look at the fitting in the pic,I can join the 2 hoses and fill the air tank fast and not have to hold the hose against the Schrader.
