What new tools have you got lately?

Well it's not new but I got this socket back yesterday, been missing for about a year and a half. If you can't read it, I'll still bet you can guess what size it is...

I vividly remember the day where it vanished right in front of me. Makes sense now.

Not that I want to admit it, but I had that happen to an oil filter wrench once. I did an oil change on my Cummins and left the wrench on the bottom of the filter. How it didn't vibrate off in 7500 miles I'll never know.

I haven't been driving that car much lately, since January 2021 I've only put a shade over 4k miles on it. I actually noticed the socket when I was putting it up to pull the engine. But man I am sure shocked it was still on there. It's sticking down right under the front bumper, that car has bombed down dirt roads (and the poor excuse for what once could be considered pavement around my house), and may or may not have allegedly been over 150mph a time or two way up north on an empty stretch of interstate. Hah I guess that bolt head had just enough surface rust to wedge it on there good.

Those bearing packers are great. The only thing better, I once worked at a shop with a pneumatic bearing packer.

I've used that exact same one at my work. Man they're awesome. So much easier and faster. Good buy

The most used tool for my truck. Cut off bed bolts. Brake line connectors and wasp nests. Now I just need to buy blades by the 100s

I bought a HF cheap one 10 years ago. It did great...But it finally died, and I just haven't replaced it. I need too. Thanks for posting, going to get on line and buy one.

Do yourself a favor...DON'T buy the blades at HF. They don't last for Chit! I think I bought my last pack of blades at Lowes, or Home Depot.

The HF blades would cut great for about 30 seconds. Than either bind up, or break. I bought a pack from HD, Lowes and they cut like they should, and seemed like they lasted a long time...

I was just looking at the air saws...probably going to get another HF, maybe their better brand. I'm not paying 150 for Ingersoll. I don't use it that much.
