What do you think of the press so far in function? I've been tempted to get the HF 20 ton, but I keep eyeballing the 50 ton, hard to spend that kind of money though.

I've had a HF 20 ton for years(30?) and it has worked extremely well. It was in my shop downtown before I moved up to my hobby shop. LOTS of suspension work, ball joints bushings etc. Never failed, scared me a couple of times, til everything popped loose. Sometimes the handle didn't seem long enough!!! LOL Shoulda got an air over hydraulic like Shawn got with a LONG hose!

My dad found this on the side of the road when leaving a customer of his, still works. Bought a charger off of eBay and used it to take the wheel tubs and roll cage out of my friends 75 K5, worked pretty good and still had a charge at the end.

Picked these up at a local Re-Store for $10 total ($2ea) none of them worked when I grabbed them, but got home and threw the batteries on the chargers and they both charged up and seem to work fine and batteries seem to hold a pretty good charge still. So I guess I'll buy into the M18 line now.

I've had mine for about 8 years, like Perry said it does everything I need it to do. I have no need for a 50 ton press. There are a few vids on YouTube for upgrading them, and some are great ideas, and some not so much. I would suggest the 20 ton, unless you have a need for the 50 ton.

I'm not that lucky either lol, its my dad who is the one that finds that stuff. Last year he found a Pittsburgh Professional 1/2" extendable ratchet also on the side of the road, pretty beat but that is not at all a bad ratchet. I've jumped up and down on it busting axle nuts loose and didn't seem to care.

Picked up this 36v Makita circle saw. It’s not bad. Lighter than my mag 77 and powerful enough for most of the same tasks. The brake and lack of a cord make it a little faster to work with.

Got an 11 drawer Kennedy off of FB marketplace for a Benjamin, as I needed my 7 drawer for school. It's a little goofy on a 20" wide riser but I'll just put the heavy stuff on the right side.
