AFR gauge is a go. Took it for a drive, way too rich at idle in gear. Leaned it out, raised the idle back up a bit, much improved.

I’d gone to the silver step up springs quite a while back thinking it was running lean but I ended up putting the orange springs back in, and off idle is in the 13s though I’m finding that I need to give the gauge a little bit since the readings tend to lag a bit to find their nadir- I might have to lean out the jets a bit but now is much better.

My brother got me a new gauge bezel for Christmas so I got started on that. Couldn't make myself cut it for the radio so I relocated the manual choke and burnout limiter switch to those 2 spots and blocked off the center from behind. Still got some cleanup work to do from welding in a new metal piece. Drilled/tapped some cabinet knobs so they match :anitoof:
