Pulled the steering column, and replaced it with the stick shift tilt column. Pulled the brake booster, and replaced it with a hydroboost. 6AN fittings. Will be making custom lines.

Got the ‘76 on the road and using it to teach my boys how to drive a manual. They love driving it and it puts a big smile on my dad’s face to see his grandsons enjoying his pickup.
That’s a nice truck! I really like the look with the cow pusher up front

Giggity! Could you put up a pic of the sun-visor lower bolt on the drivers side? Pretty sure mine was just slapped on and was all out of wack. Thinking about filling with a stud to just put a bolt/cap on top and be done with it.

I’ll see what I can do for ya

Installed a super high-tech security system!

Seriously, the Blazer is parked in a locked building when not out for a drive as per insurance requirements but I was always nervous about parking it somewhere, like Lowe’s or Tractor Supply while I grabbed a few things as it is stupid easy for someone to steal. The Club should provide deterrence for these situations.

I recently got the club for the 81, but it's nothing like the one you show here

Just replaced the fan clutch. I drove it to work yesterday and it was squalling and making an awful racket. I thought that the brand new water pump I had just installed must have been bad right out of the box. Just to check, I pulled the fan and put a couple of the retaining nuts back on with some washers for spacers. Smooth and quiet...

One of the local O'Reilly's had the clutch in stock. After I got finished running the sawmill today I installed the new clutch. Nice and quiet and smooth.

Keep an eye on your temp gauge- I had replaced mine a while back and got a faulty one. Looked down and all the sudden sitting in traffic I’m 210 and climbing. Nice to have it quiet again I’m sure!

I cleaned the 6" of snow and ice off while it warmed up, and then I took my wife out for a date night - driving the three blocks to our village (700-ish people) coffee shop open late on Thursday. We drove around a bit and stopped at the liquor store for spiced rum as we were out during eggnog season. I forgot how to drive a two-wheel drive...

Sprayed some leftover hammered silver on the tailgate hardware after an ospho treatment. Brought the fenders and tailgates into the house to finish curing.
