Plan is to torture the 3 speed for now while i go thru my th400 and verify shes ok.
Its been sitting for 1.5 yrs which is terrible for an older auto like that.

Figure maybe i'll add a manual VB while im at it.

Figured out my transmission problem. The plug was backwards [emoji2357][emoji2357] Sooo many people told me “yOu CaNt pLuG a 4L60 iN BaCkWarDs”.

Well. Ya ******* can. Drove it at lunch, we have all 4 gears and lockup. Tuner is coming back tomorrow

Hahaha, I was literally scrolling through all these posts right now from your one on the 9th to see if you had tried that yet... Its the most common issue on the 4L80 and 4L60's that I have seen on the facebook groups and one of the only ways to have all those codes on a fresh swap. Glad you got it figured out.

Looking back on the 4L transmissions, they have a clip to orient them correctly, right?

That must be broken off lol
