Looks like you were just rolling the dice on those fine tires.

Was the brand name "MayPop"...

The truck sat for 10 years, so those tires were pretty dryrotted.
I'm just glad I got the event on video.

Would it be OK if I bring a truck and trailer and crash on your couch for a day?
I wanna scour your local yard lol.

None around here have anything worth a damn.

The oldest stuff is just TOO old, (pre 73), and theres no squares!!!

Last I was there. There's just 1 80's C20, I pillaged it myself for parts tho :p

This is the closest yard to me.
I have been going there for almost 30 years now.
The area in the green circle is all full size trucks and vans of all domestic makes.
They are mostly 70's to late 90's vehicles in the green circle area.

That's not a Goodyear tire is it? I had one do that 20 years ago. Tire had been on the truck for about a week or 150 miles. Haven't and will never use Goodyear again

Oh.

Pick and pull.

I thought you meant like small privately owned.

We have a pick and pull, 2 actually, both roughly 1 hour away from me.

Yea, it's a Goodyear Workhorse Radial, and it's about 25 years old, and sat in mud for 10 of those years.

Does loading parts for Ole Bessie into the POD container count as what I have done to my square lately? She is bedded down at our new place near Savannah in the garage! Trying to complete my move and get the **** out of Atlanta metro area

if you like to hunt....look into hog hunting. They taste as good as store bought. No game taste at all. I'm originally from the Hinesville area.

BTW, if you looking for soda blasting or sand blasting in your area, look into Soda Blasting Solutions. Thats my Dad. He's got a website and is on facebook. wish I was closer, I'd had him done mine.

Only thing I’ve done to mine lately is crank it up and move it to cut the grass. The pea patches have been keeping me busy the last few weeks.

Been pretty busy lately working on vehicles, got to keep our old junk running, lol. Changed the fuel pump out in the wife's Suburban, was causing some really weird issues which were all remedied with the change. Luckily I had cut a trap door on the inside 6 years ago when I had to replace it last time. Screw that dropping the tank ******** on that Burb. Used some high dollar sealing tape I happened to have on hand from my days of doing Hot Taps (welding) on live gas lines working for Atmos.

On the Square replaced the 2 front fender markers, refurbishing the cargo lamp with new lens and gaskets, also going to install a floor mounted switch to control my fog lights, just seems easier than having to reach for a switch plus I need to find a use for that switch, lol. And started to clean up and change out my cowl and replace the cowl screen. Started that today and was planning on finishing it today but the wife brought me out a drink and made me an offer I couldn't refuse so it'll get finished tomorrow. LOL:cheers:
