Yeah I know I should have kept my 72 C10 lots of metal in there to bust your knees up on in a wreck but atleast there is no picking plastic out of yourself. Lol

Almost all PEX used for pipe and tubing is made from high-density polyethylene(HDPE). PEX contains cross-linked bonds in the polymer structure, changing the thermoplastic to a thermoset. Cross-linking is accomplished during or after the extrusion of the tubing.

Nylatron is lube impregnated won't wear from rubbing like other stuff, that's why factory ones don't last, they make bearings and gears out of Nylatron..

And all sheet metal was a lot stouter too, 73 was a huge change..

Plastic sources just like metal, it comes in all kinds of sizes 3/4" round stock is the closest.

C'mon.....20" wheels aren't considered "big"...hell most oem wheels are 20". 15" wheels are becoming...well...."collectable" since no one wants them anymore.
