Bought a new 88 burb on Dec 15th. So far I've changed the steering box, built a new drag link, changed a rear window motor, new stabilizer, led head lights, and rebuilt the steering column. My body mounts and hardware arrived today from ORD, so that'll be on the list for tomorrow afternoon.

Just crossed the fabled 150k mark. I'm pretty sure it's still on the original motor and trans. Runs like a champ hot or cold and shifts pretty good too. Hell my 99 Doge ran worse than this after 150k miles, even with a reman engine in it!

Did some undercoating this weekend. both axles/springs and as much of the frame as i could get looks good!

Removed 8" of snow and 1" of ice that accumulated over the last 2 weeks. I fully expected to have to charge the battery but it started right up. Then I expected to have to perform snow removal to get it up the incline to the street but those "like new" 8 year old tires moved it right through the snow and ice.

Took the harness off the intake for the LS. Also took off all the wire loom. Gonna get interesting over the next few days LOL.

Took the old girl out and put about 30 mi on the
new motor and trans it did pretty well but needs a front end alignment
after rebuilding the front end , But all and all
it was nice to drive it after a year or so of wrenching on it
