Awwww **** !

I forgot just how deafening that mother ****** is at 6,000 hahahahahahahahahaha

Or hell, at any engine speeed.

@WamboJambo stopped by today for a day of fine tuning things and getting the motor running.

Hearing that was all the motivation i need to keep going on it, i ran it up to 2500 and simulated dumping it, sheesh.

Theres literally a certain of energy you feel in your body running that motor, you feel it in your chest and your heart rate races and all as it thumping

I believe im safe to say im almost done wjth my th400.

Just gotta do fluid pump bushings, rings, and seal, with halves' alignment, set it in, check endplay, shim as necessary. I checked it wayyyyyy earlier when it had no VB or pan, and it looked good, so i shouldnt have to take the whole damn thing back apart. I can just play with shimming under the pump washer.

C10 is peaking at me like..... bro.... quick ******* taking pics and get me running!

I borrowed my buddy's little tractor so I could till the garden for my wife. While I have it, I've been using it for all the random jobs I've needed to do that involved a lot of lifting. I also moved truck parts around. I guess I sorta have a crew cab short bed truck now.

Finally pulled the middle intake bolts to clean and put thread sealer on them so I don’t have pools of oil sitting on the intake. Simple job that I’ve just put off for literally 8 years lol. Now I don’t smell hot oil when I get out of the truck after running it.
