Damn dude, looks great, you killin me with this stuff.

Thanks! And sorry?

Well I couldn't sleep last night so I went out to the garage. About 2.5 hrs worth of work rewarded me with lower control arms without bushings! One of the inner sleeves is stuck on the cross shaft though but I will fix that tonight at work. Getting the bushings out really wasn't that bad, or maybe I just got lucky? If I would have had my sawzall it would have been quicker but a hacksaw worked just as good to get the outer shells out. Overall this project is going pretty well I just wish I had larger blocks of time to devote to it so I could wrap it up. Hopefully it will be done next weekend though....

I haven't really "done" anything, but I am planning a custom A/C build for my 84' C10. Gotta do a lot more research, but I found a direct fit (mostly) parallel flow condenser designed for Squares from AC/Delco that should improve performance with R134a considerably. I'll also be going with a Sanden SD5 or SD7 compressor (AKA Sanden 508 or 709). These are pretty common aftermarket compressors, almost all the vendors use them. I'll be mounting it up with some Alan Grove brackets or making my own, depending on how hard it winds up being. One neat little trick that seems to help is running an orifice tube from an 89' Furd Thunderturd. Seems it has a smaller opening and really wakes up the AC system. I still need to do more research on that, especially on any potential negatives.

Removed about 5lbs of dirt from the drivers side floor and took out what was left of the sound deadening material from the driver side as well.

Picked up a used set of rims for a good price and decided to test fit them. The front needs to go lower but I will wait until the big block is sitting in there to make the adjustment.

Those look decent  What color will the truck be? I'm assuming black to match the rims or will you get a different set once it's painted? :)

Truck will either be a high gloss black or a bright yellow.

I did chengny's fix on getting my steering wheel straight. Just a quick turn of the adjusting sleeve. I didn't take a before picture, but it was off about 35-45 degrees clockwise. Muuuuch better! It was awful not being able to see half the gauges.

One of these days he'll finally come out of the closet and admit he likes little mirrors

I know you're not talking about me !!! I don't put Revlon and Maybeline mirrors on my trucks.
