Played with some pinion angle shims trying to figure out an annoying shimmy. Still didn’t solve it. Also installed my Western Chassis shock extenders (absolute garbage btw) and Belltech shocks out back. It sure does ride nice with all new suspension front and rear

worked on the dash pad I got. I put loc tite foam on it. Man is it a bitch. Forget sanding.....it's like rubber. I had to dig with the sander to "melt" it off the cracks. Sucks cuz I was taught never dig. anyway....getting there.

Also picked up driver/passenger side electric window assemblies.

While there I saw he had a drivers side stepside fender. Thought I would take a pic in case someone wanted it. He's only asking $40 for it. Surface rust and you can see where he hammered out a dent/repair. If anyone want's it, it's yours provided you setup shipping from my work or home. PM.

Tried my hand at test stripping the clear coat then cleaning and polishing one of the aluminium wheels I'm planning on putting on the truck. Didn't turn out perfect (small dark spots and some pitting) but much better then before.

That looks good *less the spots* - gonna put some sort of a protective coat on it when you have it where you want it?

Damn quote/phone - put my comment in with your text the 1st time...

Thanks! I think I'm stuck with the spots and pitting unless I buy new wheels. These ultra 5051 are cheap enough but I figured if I can save these I might as well.

Yep, I'm using Busch's clear coat remover, wash, polish and I'm going to finish it up with their wax/sealant. I was figuring on keeping them like that and not putting on an actual clear coat. But I'm really not too sure yet.

I saw a recommendation for Busch's stuff somewhere on here, so far I like it, much better then any other product I've used in the past.

Here is mine - the push button activates it, and when in the mood to function correctly : :anitoof:

1) push in and hold to slow down the cruise speed
2) push in briefly and release to increase speed in 1 MPH intervals.

Buddy that had and sold my 91 had one, and I asked him for it when he sold the truck.

Oops- went with it ...

That one was actually stolen out of his driveway before that jewel around 2006 or so.

Fuggin thieves..

The crook hook serves double duty. When it is removed and sitting on the seat, you have a handy weapon.
