Funny u mention these nuts as today i rotated my wheels and they had 2 crazy diff size nuts... like 3/4" rear and like 20mm front. Wtf
That's what I'm saying!
When the 3/4" chrome acorn covers split (or warp or slide off), you're left with the next size smaller, but I think they're like 18mm ish.
They look ******, too.
Yours might be different than mine, though, I don't know.
The ones I got are from this questionable eccpp company. $21 for the whole set and at least they appear to be solid and well made.

EECCPP replacement lug nuts. 7/16-20 silver chrome bulge acorn 1.38" closed end long socket lug nuts for Chevy GMC 1961 to 1987

They're 60 degree conical, so they should be fine.
My impact liked them ok.

Ok so today i hiked her up and pulled the rear wheels to adjust the brakes that apparently 4 months havent even touched the drums. Found some end play in the axles that worries me. The drivers side adjuster i turned out 6 whole threads. The passenger side i had to pull the adjuster because it wouldnt turn, heated it up to get it apart then wire wheeled it and antisiezed it. Put it back together and ajusted it. Put new nuts on the driver side as autozone only had 5. That will be another adventure to change the rest. And now shes got a firm pedal and stops WAY shorter then before but.... the lingering faint light is still on. And now for some pics... and a nice little summer pic of her chillin under the tree.

Capped the sides of the flatbed but I need to figure out where I want to put the filler necks.

I think I’m putting them In at an angle recessed into the side/top of the bed in a pocket.

Pressure washer, wire wheel, air gun, ospho, red scotch bright, ospho, red scotch bright, air gun, rustoleum spray enamel.
At this point, I don't give a ****. That was a lot of work. Haha...
It has to be better than not doing anything, right?
I still need to do a little touching up with the half can of paint I have left.
May even get a 5th can for another coat.

New mirror glass a few mins ago.
Got lucky and advance auto only had the drivers side in stock. $8. Some say they're universal?
Anyway, the factory had about a gallon of silicone on the old one, so I siliconed the new one in the same fashion to keep it as original as possible. :D
(plus, the double sided tape that came with it was a fukin joke)
