Bought a new battery. Heard mine sizzling and leaking yesterday. It was old and the PO put in a weak 450CCA. I put in a Duralast Gold with 800CCA on the way to work.

Pretty upset I had to buy a new battery...it's like buying socks. So much more I wanted to do with that money like my window motors...

Yeah well, you got a good one. You won't be buying another one for 3 years at least. Next check you can window motors, but coming up on winter, you need a good battery anyway.

Still pluggin' away at it. Radiator, fan, fan clutch, shroud, heater hoses, second fuel tank, battery 12v+ cable guides, etc, all installed. I'm this close to firing it up.

Don't forget to you Jeep Steering shaft upgrade one of these days. Not that you can't get it right, I did mine, it's dead nuts with straight spokes just like it was before I started it, but I'd suggest to anyone, if you intend to do the Jeep the shaft upgrade and thinking about an alignment anytime soon, do the Jeep upgrade first, so if you're off a couple splines they can compensate for it in your new alignment.

Cussed at it. Fixed the ground issue I had on the passenger tank, but still no fuel to the TB. Gotta tear my lines apart and see if I have a blockage somewhere.

So what r u going to do bucket? You can't have a truck that doesn't sound good!!

Not sure yet. We've driven it a couple hundred miles now and it sounds a little better, they must have some fiberglass packing that is getting full of soot. It's just so dang quiet. Maybe a pair of good ole glasspacks and run the tailpipes right out the back.
