Weird fender issue, bed line up issue

Hey fellas so question,

Passanger side of my k20 lines up great. Driver side it seems the bed sticks out a little or maybe the cab is off?? and the driver side fender sticks out a bit but lines up on the lower half. My pics will explain better



If you look at the lower fender pic, that section of the door with sticks out to far or the fender is pushed in too much. but it lines up just fine under that

The bed fit is normal for how these trucks were built, people didn't care too much about gaps then.

Without bodywork, there's not much that can be done about that fender to door gap. It could be the fender or door has been replaced, or it's also possible the truck was built like that. A replacement panel is more likely though.

I agree with Bucket, the fender to door curvature difference looks like the door or fender is an aftermarket replacement to me.
