Does anyone know what kind of brake line this is? Of if it’s even a brake line? It’s loose so the fluid started leaking. I noticed it doesn’t even lead back to the master cylinder, it just becomes this wire thing and it even separates. I can’t find anything online as to what it may be.

That is the park brake cable. The brake line to the wheel cylinder is the line on the upper half of the backing plate.

That metal cable is your parking brake. It goes up and into the cab and hooks to the parking brake pedal/lever.

What I've circled is your brake line, that's a hard line that goes through the backing plate into the wheel cylinder. Then the other end follows the axle housing, to a soft line back to the hard line along the frame rails up to the master cylinder. The backing plate and axle tube being damp leads me to think it's an axle seal leaking
