Vent window tab broken

The tab that the vent window frame rivets to broke. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? It looks like that tab is riveted into the door frame part.

My best guess would be find a frame at a junk yard (or someone here), drill the rivets out and rivet that elbow to your frame.

Gotta be easier than removing everything.
