I would raise the the door striker pin up a tad to help with the top of door rear. The front line looks good. Body line near the door handle is a little low. Also do not be afraid to bend the upper door frame to help with fit.

I took a couple pictures of a truck at a local auction a couple years ago, it was a 1980 from Canada and was represented as 443 original miles and original paint so I am pretty sure this is how it was delivered

Nice job Squarelyfe, I just mounted my doors with new hinges this week and had accepted that the fender and door were just not quite the same shape. You've given me inspiration, I'll see if I can get mine a little closer. It is doing the same as yours, good top and bottom but in the middle, the door is proud of the fender.
