Vent window repair

I’m replacing one of my vent window frames on my 84 GMC as the pivot rod is broken. There is some kind of hinge holding the window to the truck. There is a flared rivet holding it together. I can get this rivet out ok. When I put in a new rivet, how do I flare it? Is there a specific tool for this of do I have to figure a way myself.

I bought a rivet kit on LMC… was a real PIA to smash those suckers. That’s considering the whole assembly was out of the door and two people working together to smash them. I think I will find another way if I ever do another

The rivets in the kit are the same except the one called the "pivot rivet.
Yes, there is a tool to flare the end.
I rebuilt both of mine. Challenging, but not impossible to do.
