This transmission does have a TV cable!

Thanks
If its a th350c (or th350) that's your kickdown cable for passing gear. Often confused with a 700r4 TV cable.

Here's the two connections on the trans. the blue one is on the left side and the black one is on the right side . I believe the black one is the tip in switch?

Yea, you no longer need the plug by the cooler lines.

Also, that's definitely a th350c
Referencing from the cconverter to the tailshaft (or right ti left in your picture) on a 700r4, the dipstick comes first, then the TV cable.

On a th350, the kickdown cable comes first, then the dipstick.

You definitely have a th350c

Please post pics of the pan so people can know what you are actually working with. Its been asked repeatedly on this thread. If you can post pics of the connectors, why not actually identifying pics of the trans itself?

At this point, just post a pic of your own transmission, Eric

Just to be clear, the long tail shaft TH350C and the 700R4 with the short tail shaft (two wheel drive) are less than 1/2"different in length. The body of the 700R4 is longer.

and the drivers side 4-prong connector makes it a "C" version with the lockup converter.

The input shaft also has an o ring on it as opposed to no o ring on the non-lockup variation, there's some other things, but I'm not a pro.
