I have a 3 speed manual on my 1984 C10. The bell housing is aluminum. But, the transmission and the extension housing are iron. Using a transmission identification guide https://documents.holley.com/techlibrary_manual.pdf I believe my transmission is a Saginaw 343, but my extension housing is a Muncie 351. does someone know if this is possible? My Shift levers also appear to be leaking and dripping on my exhaust. If anyone has any recommendations concerning that, I would be much obliged. My extension housing number is 326558, the transmission number is 463011 and the bell housing is 460486.

Get a picture of it from both sides and the bottom and we can probably tell better.

You have a Saginaw three speed transmission.

Replace the seals in your side cover.
