Ok ill change that so it gets fresh air in one side and pcv on other side..oil catch cans trap oil in the gasses so the oil dosent go in to carb and dirty it up..
Well the pcv gasses don't go through the carb. They enter the intake manifold below the carb throttle valves, so they do not mix with the carb function.
The fuel mixture keeps any oily residue from sticking to the manifold and it all eventually enters the combustion chamber and is burnt.
