And I possible could have multiple pages for sub categories and have them update the main page.... and it might be something I work on.

The fancy trick would be to get it to go to the website and pull the price, that way you always have up to date info on the price. It can be done, its just time consuming.

I do, but I also really don't wanna know my annual fuel expenditure for my truck.

:burnout:
Im so used to having gauges because of newer vehicles. And I plan on LSx swapping. So I guess I put it in there for ***** and giggles to see what the change is like... Plus I just like numbers. :)

I did a build sheet, the old school way and have a hand written list of everything that was done to my square...its 8 pages long. I wanted to document all that was done along with dates for warranty purpose if applicable. A spreadsheet would be nice too so that I could make it presentable when I decide to sell this project and move on to the next. Selling the truck with documentation proves it worth.

my list was also broken down by category....suspension, bodywork, engine, fluids, brakes, interior, etc.

As far as tracking mpg.....hmmmmm. not quite my cup of tea since it was built for performance and not to track my carbon footprint.

But that was the second reason for my spread sheet. A. To keep track of what I need to do and in what priority. B. If/when it comes time to sell, b/c let's be honest, the color combo on my truck isnt my fav... but it is original.

I plan is for a daily and something that I can use to haul crap in the bed. Most of the panels have dents, not bad ones, just 33 year old vehicle. The drivers door skin should prob be replaced. There is no rust though, none at all. So its solid. Im just going to get the mechanics down right, redo the interior, and do the bright work and call it a day. (not to forget the wheels and drop.)

My personal spreadsheet has a third page and its is full of things that I need to do, as a list. When I put my things into the spreadsheet, Ill post a pic to show you my idea of how this going.

And like I said, Ill add features to it if someone is interested in something. I dont mind coding and formatting it. The link with the most current spreadsheet will be on the initial post.
