If there's any tire laws here in Ohio, they aren't enforced. I used to hate this place, but as time goes on, I'm realizing that it has many good points.
The "two size" thing sounds bogus. How could that possibly be enforced? Not every truck still has the sticker in the door and many trucks were available with different tire sizes. And is that two sizes in height or width? Or both? With a metric tire, one size difference can change two different dimensions. And what about cross-sizing? A 315/75/16, a 35x12.5x16 and a 9.00x16 are all basically the same size tire.
