Dependimg on your offset, with 20x8 up front, you may have clearance issue at full turn.

Ill have to keep this in mind. I want the rims as flush with the wheel wells as possible. I dont like the look of a sunk in wheel... if that makes sense. What causes the clearance issue?

Clearance issues that I have discovered are the inner wheel well fender where it attaches to the side fender. I have zero offset wheels. As it stands now, my rears are 20x12 and with zero offset, centered in the rear wheel well, I can get one index finger between the bed fender and the outer sidewall of the tires...its about the same out front too. I ended up removing my front fendewell and fabricating my own. Most people don't have front inner fenders or they swap them out for trailer fenders when dropped lower than 3 inches up front.

I wanted the widest, largest wheel and tire setup that I could use in order to fill in the wheel wells, without compromising full turning ability and still having the correct rated tire for the weight of the truck. Putting anything less than a 50 series tire compromises the ride and won't hold up the the weight of the front end. I was originally going to road course the truck in the early stages of my build

Aspect ratio is reletive to tire cross section. I had 315 /35/17 on the back of my S10 and they rode ok 275/40/17 on the front.
