Recently picked up a cheap squarebody K20 that was an old plow truck which sat for about 8 years. She's not much to look at but its solid (other than the floor pans) and has been fun to work on. My first ever squarebody, in fact!
I only ever worked on OBS Chev stuff before this, so carbs were completely new to me. Got tired of struggling with the q-jet and picked up a 600CFM Holley off an old Vette and it purrs like a kitten now.
It's quite a ways from being roadworthy and I'm still really new to this generation of truck. But it's all about the journey, right?
I'm looking forward to talking with you guys (and gals) and learning more about this platform!
