You looking for actual speedometer gauge or the electronic part that goes on the trans?
I have a late model speedometer wity the cannon plug on the back.

Got one of those because one review said it would work in a 400. Nope, hold down tab in wrong spot and it won’t even go in the hole.

I can check my 400 in the next day or so. I never had a speedo, because, I didn't have the correct speedometer to match the trans.

Correct me if wrong but that is the wiring that goes to the electric kick down. Speed sensor is in the tail housing.

Sorry I don't think I can help. I have a transfer case on the end of my TH400. I don't know if they are the same. Transmissions are out of my wheelhouse. I can change the oil and filter, after that I'm lost. I take them and have them rebuilt.
