TBI or carb questions

With Ls, you basically HAVE to stay Computered.
The carb setups only work best drag racing.

I just so undecided on what to do, got looking at some ls swap threads kinda want to that route. just not so sure financially what the best route would be.

Financially...best is to stay with TBI, do a stock rebuild. put 1.7 exhaust valves in the TBI heads, and port the exhaust side a little....that is if you have the ability to do the headwork. Stock cam should do fine, as well as anL31 cam, but you would have to convert to roller, which is at least another $300
Also, replace all sensors and ignition with AC Delco parts, no aftermarket, no MSD, No Accell...nothing but OEM. the only way any of that external bolt on **** makes the truck faster, is because of weight reduction....in your wallet.
