Sudden odd electrical issue

So i found a blown fuse in the fuse holder hanging from the junction block, last time i changed it i got blower function. This time i did not. Also found what appears to be a tab inside the cig lighter was pushed back and melted to the back of the cig lighter. Im still lost... no blower, no clock, no cig lighter and a backwards working dome light. Ugh

So the cig lighter shorted to the point of melting something and you didn't blow a fuse? Methinks you've got to start tracing wiring. I would think something cooked and opened the circuit.

I didnt get a pic before i went picking at it with the screw driver. But no wires ive seen are melted, burnt....im kinda friggin lost. Ive never had an issue with anything interior but the blower speed before.

The door switch is on the ground side of the circuit. You have an extra ground somewhere. I had the same thing except my dome light came on when the doors were closed and went ooff when open. Time to start tracing wires start removing items from the circuit until the ground goes away. Mine was a short in the light switch alarm.
