Suburban custom seats? Help me ID them

Hello everyone, I have a 1991 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 Silverado trim. These are the seats in the front and middle and a matching third row bench seat. I can not find them anywhere. Are they from a diffrent vehicle or even custom maybe? Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, that tag should be the answer.

They are aftermarket seats for sure. They look like really nice seats though, so don't let that take away from the truck.

My burb has similar seats. Bad picture but you can get the idea, outta trail wagons in Yakima wa.
