You have a very cool MOM. You are right about 68 being kind of a "1" year deal. I bought a new Chevy II and they were the first year body like the Chevelle. I still like the key on the dash!!
My mom always had Chevelles when I was a kid, I grew up with them. What I didn’t remember was how close the windshield to you!

Not a 1000, but yeah you have to declare mileage. Pleasure not a daily work truck.

They asked me to provide a picture of my daily driver, but no mention of miles. 1 deductible and so much for every thousand dollars of value. I have never used my insurance ,yet. That's probably the kiss of death, right?

I use a cleverly hidden switch in series with the ignition starter

You have to hit both the key starter and the hidden switch at the same time to run the starter

Plus it’s a manual transmission

Should prevent most street thugs but
Won’t stop someone with a rollback though

If your rig is very valuable the GPS trackers are not expensive

Mines a daily driver so the classic insurance is out

I have Hagerty on a 1950 Ford F1 and a 1968 Chevelle also. All they asked for were pictures, if it stored indoors, and my value. Odd fact, when I checked for a quote on my 1983 K20, which i valued at 1\4 - 1\3 of either of the others, it was higher. Not sure why.

I’m sorry to hear that, at least you’re man enough to admit it
Hahaha. Lol!! It was a little car but had a 250 six in it which usually never die. ;) Saginaw 3spd?
Not sure.

I plan on getting a 63 Buick Special this year or possibly a 79 K20

That was basically the conversation. And yeah, let’s change the subject. Hate talking about wrecks and insurance companies. LOL!

Side note:
I talked to a guy online about his body shop. He sent me his website with some repairs he had done. One was a 68 or 9 Dodge Charger that had a wiped out left rear quarter. I mean bad! The after picture was incredible. During the conversation, he told me he does quite a bit of insurance work for Hagerty. That told me Hagerty will use quality body shop quotes which was good enough for me.

There are many Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0 Stories in OK. We don't F around here. Sadly, the pharmacist is locked up for life for killing a teenager that tried rob the pharmacy and threatened his employees. The pharmacist should have just let the kid suffer and not put him out of his misery. He'd have died anyway, but the pharmacist went back and shot him again to make sure with a 2nd gun after he was already down is what happened.

....and thats referred to as "pre-meditated". If he would have emptied his first clip...he would have been fine legally.

You might have taken the last pic of that truck.
Where is this truck missing from?
