Hello all, Have a question about my 84 steering column. I took it apart to replace the wiper/turn signal switch. Had to pull the ignition switch also. In putting it all back together I have a leftover spring that I don't remember removing. I'm thinking it has something to do with the ignition switch but not sure. I've viewed several youtube videos but none mentioned or showed this spring. Here are some pics of said spring. Thanks for any and all help.

Had to fight like mad to open it on this Phone!
Much better to attach individuals, IMHO.

Key buzzer spring.

Won't hurt anything w/o it.

Cannot find a picture, either.

Found one - goes on the white plastic piece.

Thanks for the quick reply. Not at all where I thought it might go. Where I thought it went was on the gear piece that the ignition rod connected to bit I found that not to be the case. thanks again.
