Stance of Two Wheel Drive Square Body

I've noticed that the stance of almost every two wheel drive square body including mine dips in the front. Many people like the look but I would like to find an easy way if possible to bring the front end up slightly making the truck level. What do you think?

you could always sag your rear, if you got creative with bed weight you would help your rear brakes too. if you changed your load capability, then keep that in mind too.

On a ford they make radius arm drop brackets and you just need to account for the alignment remaining at the wheel end, but on GM setup i imagine it means a different spring and maybe control arm bushing...? maybe

I always thought they did that so when you put something in the bed it would ride level, or close to level. I also like the look when they sit level. In my opinion, if you use it like a traditional truck leave the height alone. If you just drive it for pleasure and want it to look level, make it level. It was one of the first things I did when I bought my first 2wd truck, removed all the badges and stickers, tinted the windows, and put 2" blocks in the back to level it out and I loved the way it looked.

It's all personal preference.

I do believe you are right, this was my f150 a long time ago(first pic I found)

It sweeps up in the back but when loaded you get level.

On my 84 Sierra Grande 15, I put big block springs on the front to level it out.
That also helped it to not roll over in the corners as much.

Very Easy to level a 2WD with 1 1/2” or 2” rear drop shackles.
I used 2”… I get a lot of positive comments on the stance.

Yes, to each his own. I prefer a little rake. Like mentioned earlier when you load em' they don't look saggy.

Two bags of cement, one in each corner, have them load it. Cheap and makes for a better ride and gives you better traction. Nice looking truck by the way!

I like em both ways. My truck sits level, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't love the stance of any vehicle with bigs and littles.
