Source for those black fender flares?

Anyone got a source for those black fender flares that wold fit my 89 V3500? Just need the front ones. I'm striking out so far. Something like in picture is what I'm looking for. They make good rust traps, by holding dust and moisture.

Yeah, I know about the rust thing, my originals had the chrome on them, and that's what they did. Mostly, I was thinking that it would solve my dirt problem, and that it would cover up my bad bodywork around the fender wells.

I don't think I could fit a set of front mudflaps in, without lifting the body, I don't have much clearance behind the front tires. truck sits up high enough that I might be able to fit them in under the body, though. And Chris: yes, that link was exactly what I was thinking of.
