Yeah, I know about the rust thing, my originals had the chrome on them, and that's what they did. Mostly, I was thinking that it would solve my dirt problem, and that it would cover up my bad bodywork around the fender wells.

I don't think I could fit a set of front mudflaps in, without lifting the body, I don't have much clearance behind the front tires. truck sits up high enough that I might be able to fit them in under the body, though. And Chris: yes, that link was exactly what I was thinking of.
