Source for 74-80 heater control

Could anyone direct me to a source for a 74-80 non/AC heater control? You know the lever type with the fan switch. Only one I've been able to locate is listed for around $125 bucks. I can't afford spending that much on my old beater. Seems like there should be a source out there that is reasonable. Not all of these trucks have been crushed yet, have they?

1980 K20 single cab, 400 small block, this one has been everywhere and done everything. I won't tell you all of the fun I've had in that cab.

It should just be a cable that you pull on. If its truly a beater, rig a bicycle brake cable to it and run it to the cab, then you can actuate it by pulling it and pushing it in the housing

Thanks a bunch. My truck is a beater, but in great mechanical condition. I hate to mess up the cab any more than I have too. The old unit broke some time ago do to corrosion and lack of lube on the levers & cables. The fan switch works, but the rest of the unit and face plate are shot.
